佛典文献中的“～能”附加式双音词

摘　　要：结合对文、异文等语料，考证佛典文献中“或能”一词的意义就是“或”，“能”作为词缀，不表示实在的意义。综合考察“傥能”、“脱能”、“容能”、“必能”、“极能”等“一能”复音结构，指出“能”作为词缀在汉译佛典中广泛运用；在此基础上尝试着对词缀“能”的产生理据作出解释。With reference to contextual and variant - version materials, the textual research of the meaning of the phrase “huo neng” in Buddhism literatures concludes that it＇s meaning is “huo”, while “neng” as an affix conveys no substantial meaning. Comprehensively studying the “ - neng” double - syllable structure words such as “tang neng”, “tuo neng”, “tong neng”,“bi neng”, “ji neng”, the paper points out that “neng” as an affix is widely used in Chinese translations of Buddhism literatures, and on this basis attempts to explain the reasons for the generation of the afffix “neng”.
