摘  要:"威斯康星思想"拓展了高校的服务职能,其"服务"的思想对地方高校来说有重要影响,台州学院作为一所新建地方本科高校,升本六年来,突出地方性、应用性定位,坚持校地互动,形成与对接产业的特色化专业架构,为浙江特别是台州市培养应用型复合型人才,这一办学特色生动体现了威斯康星"服务"思想,对新建地方高校特色发展有一定借鉴意义。Ideology of Wisconsin, whose idea of service exerts a significant influence on regional universities, develops the service function of universities. As a newly - constructed regional university, in the past six years, Taizhou University has been positioned to locality and practicality, and established its special cultivation model as interaction between the university and local organizations or corresponding industries, which helps to cultivate the graduates of multi - qualification for Zhejiang Province, especially for Taizhou City. This characteristic of running university reflects the service ideology of Wisconsin and have reference significance to newly - constructed regional universities.
