摘　　要：质量危机是企业危机的一种主要形式,具有与消费者关系密切和社会关注度高等特点,往往会对企业形象及其生产经营活动造成严重影响。结合近年来在我国发生的质量危机管理的典型案例,通过正反两方面对比探讨了质量危机管理的思想、策略和方法,认为应该运用质量管理理论,树立正确的质量管理理念,系统运用检验、ABC管理法、ISO9000系列标准和六西格玛管理等质量管理方法,设立产品质量危机管理的组织机构,运用PDCA循环法,做好质量危机的预防和处理工作。The quality crisis is a main form of business crisis, which has close relates with the consumer and high social attention, and often causes heavy losses to the production and operating activities of enterprises. This article unified typical case of quality crisis management occurred in recent years in China, discussed the quality crisis management thought, strategy and the method through contrasting from the pro and con two aspects, and believes utilizing the quality control theory, seting up the correct quality control idea, using the system of examination, the ABC control law, the ISO9000 series standard and six sigma manages and so on, set up the product quality crisis management organizations and agencies, utilized the PDCA cyclic method, completed the quality crisis＇s prevention and the handle work.
