摘　　要：广义资源广义的由此及彼界定的泛系资源泛通,形成泛系论的一大理法,它是一种世界观、认识论、方法论、价值论和运筹学,毗连于数理工医文社史哲百科千题万技理法,特别是对广义的交通、通信、金融、物流、推理、智能、计算机、网络、数理科学和科技思想的发展可以得到一种全新的阐述,甚至对政治、大国兴衰、经济、军事、教育、社会学、医药学、科学技术工程哲学等等都可以导致新的感悟。在泛系框架下发展泛系资源泛通论,一种广义的资源论和交通学,探索交通、物流、通信、金融、生理、心理、医理、生命、生态、文明、历史、计算机、网络、智能、数学等等百科千题万技理法统驭或归寓于泛系泛通的机制,具体建构包括:(1)百家论识:跨学科研究与泛系泛通——孔子,莎士比亚,恩格斯,钱学森,阿蒂亚等;(2)泛系指略:形而泛学;(3)泛系皕法精缩影;(4)数理模型:泛系资源与泛通;(5)泛系史学:科技思想发展泛通论;(6)泛系生物学:水.文明.生理.心理.医理.生态;(7)泛系交通学:交通.建筑.城市.金融.航天;(8)泛系泛通论:运转与模拟,通信.IT.信息论.控制论;(9)泛系泛通论:计算机.网络.人工智能.C4ISR;(10)泛系数学:泛通和智能。Pansystems resources arc difined in generalized sense and their displacement from one to the other leads to pancommunication. They are of basic pansystems logoi connected with world outlook, epistemology, methodology, value theory and operations research, and so are universal to various logoi, specially to some new recognitions to traffic, com- munication, finance, logistics, reasoning, intelligence, history, computer, network, mathematics and physical sciences, including politics, economics, military, education, sociology, medicine, philosophy of science, technology and engineering. The pansystems thory presented here investigates the pancommunication mechanism of various logoi, the concrete contents include： （1） sholar recognitions to transfield research and pansystems communication; （2） pansystems and panphysics; （3） epitome of pansystems logoi; （4） mathematical models of pansystems resources and pancommunication; （5） pansystems theory on history of science development; （6） pansystems biology： water, civilization, physiology, psychology, medicine and ecology; （7） pansystems traffics., traffic, architecture, city, finance and aerospace; （8） operation, transformation, simulation, communication, IT, informatics and cybernetics; （9） computer, network, AI, C4 ISR; （10） pansystems mathematics： pancommunication ＆ wisdom.
