小儿颈部淋巴管瘤43例诊治

摘　　要：[目的]探讨小儿颈部淋巴管瘤的合理诊断与治疗。[方法]回顾性分析43例临床资料。[结果]43例中肿瘤全切32例（75．5％），部分切除11例（255％）。手术加平阳霉素瘤内注射肿瘤全消37例（86％）。[结论]肿瘤切除加平阳霉素庙内注射是小儿颈部淋巴管瘤的首选治疗措施。Purpose To investigate the proper diagnosis and treatmenat for cervical lymphangioma in children.Methods forty-three cases withcervical lymphangiomas in children were analysed retrospectively.Results Of 43 cases,total resction was perfomed in 32 cases(75.5%),partialresection in 11 cases(25.5%). After operation with bleomycin injection intratumorously,tumor disappeared in 37 cases(86%).Conclusions Operationwith bleonycin injection tumorously is the choice of treatment for cervical lymphangioma in children.
