摘　　要：从经济学、经济社会学等科学角度看，1981～2005年这一阶段的经济发展是否有利于社会和谐是经济政策决策的科学性、经济行为与价值观的一致性、雇佣-劳资关系下劳动力属性以及社会问题成本这四种变量的函数。这些变量同时又是政府功能定位、行为特征和运行效益的函数。实证分析与对比分析的结果表明，经济发展与社会和谐之间没有简单线性关系。From views of economics and economic sociology, whether the economic development during 1981～2005 is good for social harmony is the function of these four variants: the scientific feature of decision-making of economic policies, the agreement of economic behavior and view of the value, the labor property in the relation of employment and capital, and the cost of social issues. These variants, at the same time, are the function of governmental location, behavior features and operation efficiency. According to the results of the empirical analysis and comparative analysis, there is no simple linear relation between economic development and social harmony.
