香港土地批租制度及其对大陆土地储备制度的启示

摘　　要：土地批租制度是香港社会文化传统背景下的较佳选择,为香港社会经济的可持续发展和长期稳定繁荣奠定了基础。本文借鉴香港土地批租制度的经验,对完善大陆土地储备制度提出几点对策建议。Land leasehold system is the better choice under the conditions of the socio-cultural traditions in HongKong , which has laid the foundation for the sustainable development and long-term stability and prosperity in socio-economic. Land reserve system on the mainland is very similar to HongKong＇s land leasehold system. In this article, the author expounds the main features of Hong Kong＇s land leasehold system and analysises some successful experience and failures in the process of implementing this system. Besides, he makes some reommendao tions on how to improve the continent of land reserve system on the mainland, learning from the experience of HongKong＇s land leasehold system.
