摘　　要：情商对人的生存和发展起到至关重要的作用。高等医学院校作为培养医学卫生领域高层次人才的基地,除了要注重医学专业知识的培养外,更要重视学生高情商的培养,促进学生个人的可持续发展和社会价值的顺利实现。通过对当代医学院校大学生情商问题的概括和分析,探讨大学生情商教育的相应目标和具体措施。Emotional Quotient（EQ） has a great function in people＇s survival and development. As the important hase for fostering talents in medicine and hygiene field, medical universities should pay more attention to the education of EQ for college students, improve their own sustainable development and help them come to the realization of social value. This ar ticle is to summarize and analyze the condition of medical college students＇ EQ briefly, and discusses the objects as well as the concrete measures for the EQ education of undergraduates.
