92例携不同载脂蛋白E基因脑梗塞患者血脂分析

摘　　要：观察了92例携不同载脂蛋白E（ApoE）基因型的脑梗塞患者血脂变化，结果显示：ε4携带组TC水平明显高于ε3纯合组、ε2携带组及对照组（P＜0.05），LDL－C水平明显高于ε3纯合组（P＜0.05）、ε2携带组及对照组（P＜0．01），ε2携带组TG水平明显高于ε3纯合组及对照组（P＜0．05）。提示ApoE多态性对脑梗塞的影响可能是干扰脂代谢所致，而携ε3纯合基因的患者似与脂代谢异常无关。Blood lipid levels of 92 patients with cerebral infarction carring different apolipoprotein E genes was observed.The result shows:levels of TC in ε4levels of TC in ε4 group were significantly higher than that in ε3、ε2 and controls respectively (P <0. 05 ), and LDL C in ε4 group were significantly higher than that in ε3 (P <0.05 )、 ε2 and contros respectively (P<0.01). The level of TG in ε2 group was higher than that in ε3 group and controls (P <0. 05). The results indicand the mechanism of gene polymorphism of apolipoprotein E affecting the cerebral infaction by way of interuption of lipid metabolism .However the patients with ε3 homozygous gene would have no relation with abnormality of lipid metabolism.
