摘　　要：目的：了解Fas表达与临床疗效的关系。方法：应用卵白素-生物素复合物法（ABC法）检测54例急性白血病（AL）Fas抗原表达，并做MTT药敏试验。结果：发现AL患者Fas抗原阳性表达率明显低于非恶性血液疾病（急淋：4．12％±2．43％，急非淋：5．95％±3．97％，对照组：30．81％±12．21％，P＜0．01）。结论：Fas介导的细胞凋亡路径障碍在白血病的形成和维持中具有重要的病理生理意义。Fas抗原阳性细胞表达率与MTT药敏试验二者无相关性（r＝－0．127）。Using ABC method,expression of Fas antigen was investigated in 54 a cute leukemia(AL)patients. In order to find whether there was any relationship between expression of Fas antigen and MTT drug sensitivity test,the study was performed before chemotherapy. The results showed that expression of Fas antigen rate in ALL and in ANLL (4. 45 ± 2. 82 %, 7. 03± 4. 12 % ) respectively was significantly lower than that in normal control group (30. 81 ± 12.2%, P <0.01), which might help establishing the diagnosis of AL. Statistical analysis showed that there was no correlation between expression of Fas antigen and MTT drug sensitivity test. It is considered that expression of Fas antigen and MTT drug sensitivity test are two in dependent factors in prognosing AL,and can not replace each other.
