摘  要:后进生的形成受许多因素影响,其中最为直接和重要的是学校教育失误所致。学校教育失误是一种教育过程机会不均等分配的体现,表现为对学生分班教学的"等级分化"、座位安排的"隐性歧视"、课堂互动的"边缘效应"以及班级对"后进生"印象定势的集体意识不良等。学校的管理、教师的行为,班级的互动中透视的"不平等"关系,给部分学生贴上了"后进"的标签,标定一些学生为群体的"越轨者",在教师期望和班级互动进一步影响和强化下生产了"后进生"。A number of factors affected the backward students formation,the most direct and important on the part of school mistakes education.School education is a failure of the educational process unequal distribution of opportunities for reflection, the performance of students in classes teaching the "level of differentiation",the seating arrangement in the "hidden discrimination", classroom interactive "marginal effect",As well as the class set "backward students" impressive of collective consciousness, and other non-performing. Strengthen the impact by ,teachers' look forward to and further interaction in class production the" backward".
