COX-2和VEGF在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨环氧合酶（Cyclooxygenase，COX-2）和VEGF在膀胱移行细胞癌诊治中的作用与意义。方法免疫组化SABC法检测COX-2、VEGF在正常膀胱、膀胱移行细胞癌（肌层浸润性及非肌层浸润性）中的表达。结果COX-2在5例正常膀胱组织中均未见表达，10例非肌层浸润性膀胱移行细胞癌中7例阳性，10例肌层浸润性膀胱移行细胞癌中9例强阳性。VEGF在5例正常膀胱未见表达，10例非肌层浸润性移行细胞癌中6例阳性，10例肌层浸润性移行细胞癌中8例强阳性。COX-2、VEGF分别在正常膀胱组织与非肌层浸润性移行细胞癌、肌层浸润性移行细胞癌间表达均有显著性差异（P〈0．05），在非肌层浸润性与肌层浸润性移行细胞癌间无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论COX-2、VEGF在膀胱移行细胞癌早期（非肌层浸润期）即有表达，可以用来作肿瘤早期诊断的筛查。Objective To investigate the significance and expressions of COX-2 and VEGF in normal bladder and transitional cell carcinoma, and discuss the role and significance of COX-2 and VEGF in the diagnosis and treatment of bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Methods The expressions of COX-2 and VEGF in normal bladder and transitional cell carcinoma （myometrial invasion and non-myometrial invasion）were measured by using SABC-immunohistochemistyry. Results Neither COX-2 nor VEGF were expressed in the 5 normal bladders. Significant difference was found in the expressions of COX-2 and VEGF between nomal bladder and myometrial invasion and non-myometrial invasion transitional cell carcinoma （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference between myometrial invasion and non-myometrial invasion transitional cell carcinoma （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion COX-2, VEGF are expressed in the early stage of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder（ non-myometrial invasion stage）, which can be used to make early diagnosis of tumors for screening reference.
