原发性中枢神经系统恶性淋巴瘤bcl—2免疫组织化学的研究

摘　　要：应用免疫组织化学染色方法,观察20例中枢神经系统恶性淋巴瘤bcl—2蛋白表达。结果显示,20例滤泡性淋巴瘤中,15例bcl—2阳性。5例bcl—2阴性;10例淋巴滤泡反应性增生中,2例bcl—2弱阳性,8例bcl—2阴性。X^2检验两者差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结果提示bcl—2对滤泡性淋巴瘤与淋巴滤泡反应性增生具有重要的鉴别诊断意义。因此,我们认为bcl—2基因产物高表达介导的细胞凋亡障碍与中枢神经系统小圆细胞肿瘤的鉴别诊断中,不失为一种较为简便技术,值得推广。Expression of bcl-2 protein was analyzed in 20 case of follicular Lymphomas and in 10 case of follicular hyperplasia of central nervous system (CNS) by immunohistologic staining of paraffin -embedded tis sue. The results showed that bcl -2 was positive in 15 and negative in 5 of 20 Fls, but negative in 8 and weakly positive in 2 of the FHs. These findings suggest that bcl -2 can play an important role in the different diagnosis of FL and FH. On the basis of our findings it can be concluded that the pathogenesis of CNS lymphoma is associated with overexpression of bcl -2 gene product inducing blockage of B lymphocyte apoptosis. The determination of bcl - 2 protein of CNS lymphoma is of practical significance in differential diagnosis of small round cell tumor in CNS, and it is a simple reliable method for wide application.
