摘　　要：就《内经》体质与疾病、体质与辨证论治的有关理论进行了探讨。(1)探讨体质与发病的关系,从体质的角度来研究疾病的发生、发展、转归与预后;(2)探讨体质与辨证的关系,"辨体"、"辨质"固然重要,但其最终目的是为了强化辨证;(3)探讨体质与调理治疗的关系,从理论与治疗方法上的创新两方面,展现体质与论治的紧密结合。The theory of constitution,disease and treatment based on syndrome differentiation in the huangdineijing is discussed in this paper. Three key points are mentioned in the article. First, the relationship between constitution and invasion. It shows that the begin- ning,development, transformation and prognosis of disease is related to the constitution. Second, the relationship between constitution and syndrome differentiation. By distinguishing the constitution we can improve the level of syndrome differentiation. Third, the relationship between constitution and recuperation and therapy. The close connection between constitution and treatment is reflected on the creation of the theory and method of therapy.
