摘　　要：阐述了农业保险的概念与性质,介绍了农业保险的特征和立法原则,最后对如何完善我国农业保险法律制度提出了构想与建议。The conception and nature of agricultural insurance was summed up. The features and legislation principle of agricultural insurance was introduced. Finally, the ideas and proposals were put forward on how to improve the agricultural insurance legal system in China.
