摘　　要：当今竞技体育的发展使运动员训练高度专业化和科学化,而科学的训练又是一个系统工程,其中运动员的选材是基本条件,已受到体育行家的重视,不同的运动项目对运动员选材有其不同的标准条件和要求,中国武术有其固定的特点和风格、因而选材的条件和要求也有它的特殊性。Nowadays,with the development of competitive sports,the training on players has become highly professional and scientific.Scientific training is a systematic project,and the selection of players is the basic factor,which has been paid attention by experts.Different kind of sports has different standard and requirements on the selection of players.Chinese kongfu has its own feature and style,so the selection of players is different from other sports when it comes to the condition and the requirements.
