摘　　要：骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)为生存及分化过程调节异常,影响原始造血祖细胞的增殖凋亡及分化,临床表现全血细胞减少,病程早期,以凋亡为主,晚期则增殖过程超过凋亡,继而使恶性克隆增殖向白血病衍变。本文重点介绍目前MDS新的治疗方法。Myelodysplastic syndrome will impact the proliferation, apoptosis and differentiation of primitive hemopoietic progenitor cells, manifested clinically by pancytopenia. At early period, the main manifestation is apoptosis and at late stage, proliferation will exceed apoptosis and later the malignant clone hyperplasia will turn to leukemia. This paper mainly introduces the latest therapeutic strategies on myelodysplastic syndrome.
