摘 要:目的探讨定期汇报制度在临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2006级、2007级实习护生62名,小组长隔月向教学管理者汇报实习情况。结果实习护生认为在操作前让他们复述一遍操作流程和教师交待注意事项、传授沟通技巧的形式,可使操作更有自信;同时存在有70%的带教教师没有介绍工作环境、将实习护生当跑腿、不主动讲解的问题。结论定期汇报制度有利于实习计划顺利完成和教学管理者了解实习需求和护理教学整体水平,使临床教学水平和教学满意度得到提高。Objective To explore the effect of periodic reporting system applied in clinical teaching.Method 62 nursing students of grade 2006 and 2007 practising in our hospital were selected and each group leaders reported their practical information to the teaching regulator every other month.Result If nursing students rehearsed the operational procedures and the items and communication skills that the teachers asked them to pay attention to, nursing students would be more self-confident in practice. Meanwhile,about 70% teachers didn't introduce the working environment or clinical nursing knowledge to nursing students.Instead,they made them run errands. Conclusion Periodic reporting system was conducive to nursing students' successful completion of the internship program, and conducive to teaching regulators to understand nursing students' practical demands and the overall level of clinical teaching,which increased the overall level of clinical teaching and nursing students' satisfaction of teaching.
