摘　　要：院务公开是将医院的重大决策、规章制度、管理细则等事务对本院职工和社会公众公开的一种民主透明的管理模式。目的是促进医院发展，进一步和谐医患关系。本院在此方面深入探索，制定了科学的院务公开细则并组织实施，取得了显著的成效。The courtyard service public is business and so on hospital significant decision--making, rules and regulations, management regulation to this courtyard staff and the social public public one democracy transparent management pattern. The goal promotes the hospital development, further harmonious medical trouble relations. This courtyard explored thoroughly in this aspect, has formulated the science courtyard service public regulation and the organization implements, has obtained the remarkable result.
