胆源性脓毒症并发多器官功能障碍综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨胆源性脓毒症并发多器官功能障碍综合征的临床特点。方法:对32例胆源性脓毒症并发多器官功能障碍综合征患者(A组)进行临床分析,并与对照组(B组)比较。结果:两组相比:B组患者年龄61.6±14.4岁,A组患者年龄70.9±9.9岁;胆道结石和胆道肿瘤的发生率较高(P<0.05);行胆道引流术较少(P<0.05)、病死率较高(P<0.05)。结论:患者年龄、胆道结石和胆道肿瘤可能是胆源性脓毒症并发多器官功能障碍综合征的危险因素。Objective： To explore the clinical-charactenstics of biliary sepsis complicated with multipleorgan dysfunction syndrome. Methods： 32 patients with biliary sepsis complicated with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome （A group） were analyzed and compared with 32 patients in the control （B group）. Results： Compared with group B, group A had older age （70.9＋9.9）（P〈0.05）,more hihary calculi and biliary tumor （P〈0.05）,less biliary drainage （P〈0.05） and higher mortality （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The age of patients and biliary calculi and biliarv tumor may be risk factors of biliary sepsis complicated with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.
