摘 要:分析了挠性接头角刚度的测量原理,研制了螺管型电感式位移传感器及四孔平行梁和差动式螺管线圈型电感式传感器组合的力传感器,搭建了以两种传感器为核心组成的挠性接头刚度测量系统,进行了挠性接头刚度测量试验。结果表明,两种传感器的研制是有效的,刚度测量的重复性精度优于±1%。This paper described the measuring principle of flexible joint's angular stiffness.In order to do an experiment of flexible joint's stiffness,a spiral-tube-typed inductance displacement sensor and a force sensor were developed.The force sensor integrated a four-hole beam with a differential spiral-tube-typed inductance displacement sensor.In addition,a measuring system of the flexible joint's stiffness was constructed whose core were the both sensors mentioned above.The result shows that the force sensor is effective and its relative error of repeated measurements is less than 1%.
