IL-6、VEGF-A因子动态变化与消化道恶性肿瘤预后的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的通过动态检测消化道恶性肿瘤患者手术前后其血清中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血管内皮生长因子-A(VEGF-A)的表达,探讨消化道恶性肿瘤预后与IL-6、VEGF-A表达的相关性。方法作者将67例消化道恶性肿瘤患者设为观察组;69例消化道良性疾病患者设为对照组。作者分别在手术前、后采血,统一用双抗体夹心法(ELISA法)动态检测两组患者血清IL-6、VEGF-A的表达水平。结果①两组术前血清IL-6、VEGF-A水平表达已呈差异性变化(P<0.01);②观察组手术前、后血清IL-6、VEGF-A水平表达(P<0.01);③观察组手术后与对照组相比较IL-6表达(P>0.05);而VEGF-A表达仍高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过对两组血清IL-6、VEGF-A表达的差异,及观察组手术前、后IL-6、VEGF-A表达的动态变化,显示消化道恶性肿瘤患者血清IL-6、VEGF-A表达与其预后呈正相关性改变。Objective In her blood serum the white blood cell lies between the dement through the dynamic examination digestive tract tumor patient surgery around-6（IL-6）, the blood vessel bast growth factor-A（VEGF-A ） expression, discusses the digestive tract tumor prognosis and IL-6,the VEGF-A expression.Methods The author supposes 67 example digestive tract tumor patient for the observation group;69 example digestive tract benign disease patient supposes for the control group. The author separately before and after picks the blood at the surgery,unifies contains filling the law （the ELISA law） dynamically with the double immune body to examine two group of patient blood serum IL-6,the VEGF-A expression level.Results ①In front of two groups of techniques blood serum IL-6,the VEGF-A level expression has assumed the different change （P 〈 0.01） ;②Observation group surgery before and after blood serum IL-6, VEGF-A level expression （ P 〈 0.01） ; ③After the observation group surgery compares the IL-6 expression with the control group （ P 〉 0.05） ; But the VEGF-A expression still was higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion If through to two group of blood serum IL-6, the VEGF-A expression difference, and observation group surgery before and after IL-6, the VEGF-A expression dynamic change,demonstrates digestive tract tumor patient blood serum IL-6,the VEGF-A expression the prognosis present relevance change.
