摘　　要：采用Chevron－Typ切口施行肾癌根治术治疗肾癌6例，其中T2N1M0期肿瘤2例，T2N0M0期肿瘤3例，T4N2M0期肿瘤1例。结果手术历时2h30min～3h15min，均顺利完成手术，无一例发生术中意外。认为Chevron－Typ切口显露良好，扩大了肾癌手术适应证，手术效果良好，适用于肾肿瘤较大，肾蒂有淋巴结转移或膈下型下腔静脉癌栓或肾静脉癌栓形成者。From 1994 to 1996, 6 cases with renal carcinoma were performed radical nephrecto my by Chevron-Typ incision,of which 2 cases were at TNM classification T2N2M0, 3 cases were at TNM syStem T2N0M0,and 1 cases was T4N2M0. This surgical incision was safe and successful in all patients and the operative time was between 2 h 30 min and 3 h 5 min. It shows that Chevron-Typ incision may expand surgical indication for renal carcinoma,and it was a effective operative incision suitable for bigger tumor,local lymphatic involvement and/or thrombus of renal vein or inferior ve na cava in the subdiaphragm with renal carcinoma.
