摘　　要：目的探讨提高成人医学教育学员临床实习质量的策略方法。方法分析影响成人教育学员临床实习的因素。结果提出了提高临床实习质量的策略方法。结论只有通过深化教学改革,强化临床实习过程,成人教育学员的临床实习质量才能得到明显提高。Objective To explore the strategy and methods of improving the quality of clinical practice in adult medical education. Methods Factors effecting clinical practice of adult trainee were analyzed. Results Strategy and methods of raising the quality of training were proposed. Conclusion Only through deepening teaching innovation and intensifying the course of clinical practice, can the quality of continuing medical education be obviously improved.
