摘　　要：目的探讨hMLH1在食管黏膜上皮癌变过程中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测正常食管黏膜上皮及食管不同病变组织中hMLH1表达情况,并分析其与临床病理参数的相关性。结果食管鳞癌组织中hMLH1蛋白阳性表达率(14.29%)显著低于正常食管黏膜(95.00%)、非典型增生(71.43%)和原位癌(68.00%),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。hMLH1阳性表达率与肿瘤的分化程度密切相关(P<0.001)。结论hMLH1蛋白异常表达与食管鳞状上皮癌变有关,并可能为一种早期事件。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of hMLH1 in carcinogenesis of esophageal mucosa epithelium.Methods The expression of hMLH1 in normal esophageal mucosa epithelium and different pathological changed tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry,and its corelation with clinical pathological parameters was analysed as well.Results The positive expression rate in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma（14.29%） was significantly lower than that in normal esophageal mucosa epithelium（95.00%）,atypical hyperplasia（71.43%） and carcinoma in situ（68.00%,P〈0.05）.The positive expression of hMLH1 was correlated with the differentiation of esophageall carcinoma（P〈0.001）.Conclusion The abnormal expression of hMLH1 protein may be related with the carcinogensis of the esophageal squamous cell,and may be an event in the early phase of it.
