摘 要:利用含不同铅锌浓度的重金属选择性平板,对堆积时间为20a的铅锌尾矿中细菌重金属耐受性特征进行分析,并对其质粒检出率进行测定,为深入了解细菌对重金属的适应机理提供理论依据。实验结果显示:尾矿中重金属(Pb、Cu、Co、Cd)总量及EDTA提取态含量均显著性地高于对照土壤,而可培养细菌的数量要极显著性地低于对照土壤。尾矿与对照土壤均有一定的重金属耐受细菌群体,但总体上,铅锌尾矿重金属耐受性细菌数量要略多一些。耐锌细菌的质粒检出率分别为74.07%(尾矿)和70.59%(对照),耐铅细菌的质粒检出率分别为93.1%(尾矿)和90.3%(对照),尾矿土壤耐性细菌质粒的检出率要高于对照土壤。Heavy metal-tolerant bacteria in lead-zinc tailing which deposited for about 20 years were investigated by selectable plate which contents differernt concentration of Zn or Pb, the plasmid incidence was studied. Result showed that the total and available heavy metal concentration of lead-zinc tailing were all higher than the control soil, but total number of cultivatable bacteria was lower than in control soil. The property of heavy metal-tolerant bacteria in lead-zinc tailing and in control soil were both wide ,while in the mass , the lead-zinc tailing was a bit higher than the control soil, with the plasmid incidence of Pb-resistant up to 93.1% and 90.3% in lead-zinc tailing and in control soil respectively, and plasmid incidence of Zn-resistant up to 74.07% and 70.59% in lead-zinc tailing and in control soil respectively. The plasmid incidence of lead-zinc tailing was higher than the control soil.
