摘  要:目的:评价3种义齿软衬材料的耐老化性能。方法:37℃人工唾液浸泡1年及2年后,测定拉伸强度、邵氏硬度及与PMMA的粘接强度。结果:自凝丙烯酸软衬材料的耐老化性能最差,衬特灵Ⅰ型及Moloplast-B在浸入人工唾液1年后,与PMMA的粘接强度分别下降19%和22%,而拉伸强度、硬度基本无变化;在浸入人工唾液2年后,粘接强度分别下降35%和47%,拉伸强度也都有所下降,硬度略有增加。结论:丙烯酸软衬材料只能作短期衬垫用,衬特灵Ⅰ型及Moloplast-B可做为中长期使用。Objective:To evaluate the stability of three resilient denture liner materials. Methods: The tensile strength, Shore A hardness and adhesive strength of the three resilient denture liner materials to PMMA were measured after being immersed in artificial saliva for one and two years. Results:The adhesive strength of Gentliner A or Molloplast B to PMMA were decreased by 19% or 22% respectively after being immersed in artificial saliva for one year, while tensile strength and hardness were unchanged. After being immersed for two years, the adhesive strength of Gent liner A or Molloplast B to PMMA were decreased by 35% or 47% respectively, with a little decrease of tensile strength and increase of hardness. Conclusions: Self curing acrylic resin resilient denture liner material can only be used for temporary liner, while Gentliner A and Molloplast B can be used for mediate or long term resilient denture liner.
