认知水平对妇女更年期症状及抑郁的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨更年期妇女生理心理状况以及认知情况对其影响,加强更年期妇女保健,提高生活质量。[方法]对唐山市45～55岁的妇女进行问卷调查。问卷包括kupperman评分表、CES流量用表以及基本资料。[结果]妇女更年期症状和抑郁发生率较高,认知水平与其症状和抑郁的发生程度相关,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]社区医护人员应加强更年期妇女保健宣传。[Objective]To discussion the effect of physiology psychology condition and the cognition status on menopause woman, enhance health care for menopause woman, and improve the quality of life. [Methods] Women aged 45-55 years in Tangshan were investigated with questionnaires, the questionnaire included kupperman score, the CES flow chart as well as the basic information. [ Results] The incidence of menopause symptom and depression among women investigated showed to be high, and the cognition status showed significant association with the depression （P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusion] The community medical staffs should strengthen propaganda about health care for menopause woman.
