摘 要:[目的]了解感染家族成员中菌株的基因多态性,有助于明确Hp传播方式和宿主适应性。[方法]从家族中母亲胃窦、胃体和孩子们胃窦部活检标本中分离培养Hp,从每例菌株中分离出3个单克隆菌株。采用随机扩增多态性DNA指纹法(RAPD)检测Hp菌株的基因多态性。[结果]分离自孩子们的单克隆菌株的RAPD指纹图相同或十分相似,与母亲的菌株有同源性,而母亲自身感染的菌株具有多态性,提示混合感染。[结论]感染家族成员中Hp菌株的基因型相对均一。为进一步探明Hp的传播方式及其宿主适应性奠定了基础。[Objective] To investiagte the genetic polymorphism of strains isolated from family members infected with Hehcobacter pylori, so as to identify the transmission and host adaptation of H. pylori. [ Methods] H.pylori were isolated from the sinus ventriculi and corpus gastricum of mothers, and the sinus ventnculi of their children. 3 monoclone strains were isolated from each strain isolated. The genetic polymorphism of H. pylori was detected by the random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD). [ Results] Two different H. pyiori strains and strain variants were identified in children from one family by RAPD, and the strains showed to he homology with that of their mothers, however, the strains isolated from mothers showed to be genetic polymorphism, which indicated that mixed infection was existed. [Conclusion] The present study of genotypes of H. pylori isolated from family members shows to be relative uniform, which would form the basis for further verifying the transmission styles and host adaptation of H. pylori.
