摘　　要：在基于ARM嵌入式μClinux操作系统上,介绍一款Nand-Flash的结构、功能和基本工作原理。在综合考虑了Nand-Flash和嵌入式系统的特殊性,设计了一种较大容量Nand-Flash在嵌入式系统上的实现方案。并给出了硬件接口电路和软件驱动编程的实现方法,结合Nand-Flash支持的文件系统方便实现对数据和存储空间的有效管理。实践表明该系统运行可靠、稳定。This paper introduces the structure,the functions and the basic operating principle of Nand-Flash based on the ARM embedded μClinux system. The specialties of Nand-Flash and embedded system are taken into account,it designs a solution for larger-capacity NAND Flash application on embedded system. Meanwhile it provides the circuit of hardware interface and the implementation of software driver programming. Based on Nand-Flash＇s files system,it then implements the management of data and storage room efficiently. The effect is proved to be well in practice.
