养生宝药效学研究

摘　　要：养生宝是以绞股蓝、黄芪、白芍等制成的冲剂。小鼠以生药０．９和２．２５ｇ／ｋｇ，大鼠以生药０．６和１．５ｇ／ｋｇ，ｉｇ，结果对正常和失血性血虚小鼠有明显的补血作用，可提高正常和免疫功能低下大鼠的Ｔ细胞和ＮＫ细胞数量及大鼠胸腺和脾脏重量。Yanshengbao(YSB)is consisted of Gynostemma pentaphyllum,Radix Astragali,Radix Paeoniae Alba,etc.It was given orally 0.9、2.25g in mice and 0.6、1.5g/kg in rats daily.The results of experiment showed that YSB could increase the amounts of red blood cells and Hb of normal and anemic mice.It could ricrease the amounts of T cells and NK cells ,elevate the weight of thymus and spleen of normal and immunodiciency rats.
