烧伤治疗“二派”矛盾浅析

摘　　要：传统的烧伤治疗原则是要保持创面干燥以防感染，８０年代末期发明的湿性烧伤治疗技术的观点与之完全相反。于是出现了对立和矛盾。在持不同认识态度的烧伤治疗专家们之间展开了争论。本文就此进行了辩证的分析并提出作者的看法。The principle of traditional treatment for burn is keeping the burn wounds dry in order to prevent infection.However the technic of moist burn wounds treatment,which was invented in the end of the eighties,is just to the opposite.So some antagonistic contraditions appeared and have become a question at issue between specialists who hold differing views.These were analysed dialectically and the author's opinion was presented in this article.
