摘 要:用荧光光谱法研究了洛美沙星(LFLX)与磺化杯[6]芳烃(SC6A)的包合作用.LFLX在456nm处有较强荧光,磺化杯[6]芳烃的加入可使之荧光发生猝灭,二者生成1:1的超分子包合物,通过公式计算出了包合常数为8.62×105L/mol,溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTAB)的加入可大大增强体系的荧光强度.据此,建立了一种测定LFLX的高灵敏荧光新方法.在优化条件下,荧光强度与LFLX的浓度在0.01-2.8μg/mL范围内呈线性关系,检出限为0.008μg/mL.方法用于胶囊中洛美沙星含量的测定,结果令人满意.The characteristics of host-guest complexation between p-sulfonated calix[6] arene (SC6A) and lomefloxacin (LFLX) were investigated by fluorescence spectrometry. LFLX has strong fluorescence with emission wavelength of 456. 0 nm and the addition of SC6A quenched the fluorescence intensity. 1:1 stoichiometry for the complexation was established and their association constant was determined as 8.62 × 10^5L/mol by applying a deduced equation. It was found that an appropriate amount of cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) could remarkably enhance the fluorescence intensity of the supramolecular complex system. Based on the optimum condition, a novel sensitive spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of lomefloxacin was developed with a linear range of 0.01 - 2.8μg·mL^-1 and a detection limit of 0. 008μg·mL^-1. The proposed method was satisfactorily to determine lomefloxacin in pharmaceutical preparations.
