摘  要:分析测定了丝瓜藤、叶的主要营养成分.结果表明:丝瓜藤含水量为84.64%,灰分为2.78%,抗坏血酸为214.4mg/kg,粗蛋白为9.73%,粗纤维为41.58%,粗脂肪为3.87%,微量元素锰、锌、铜的含量较高,分别达到96.36mg/kg、28.86mg/kg、9.97mg/kg;丝瓜叶含水量为77.34%,灰分为2.29%,抗坏血酸为315.7mg/kg,粗纤维为4.44%,粗脂肪为3.51%,微量元素锰、锌、铜含量分别达到93.11mg/kg、30.54mg/kg、10.35mg/kg.丝瓜藤、叶中营养成分较为丰富,可进行深入研发.Nutrient components in luffa cylindrical stem and leaf were analysed in this paper. The results showed that the stem of luffa cylindrical contained 84.64 % of water, 2.78 % of ash, 214.4mg/kg of Vitamin C, 9.73% of crude protein, 41.58% of crude fiber and 3.87% of crude fat, the contents of Mn, Zn, Cu were96.36mg/kg, 28.86mg/kg, 9.97mg/kg; the leaf of luffa cylindrical contained 77.34 % of water, 2.29 % of ash, 315.7mg/kg of Vitamin C, 4.44% of crude fiber, 3.51% of crude fat, the contents of Mn, Zn, Cu were 93.11mg/kg, 30.54mg/kg, 10.35mg/kg. There were rich nutrients in luffa cylindrical stems and leaves. And further researches should be carried out.
