基于井下姿态测量的余弦函数模拟求解电路设计

摘　　要：用于测量井下姿态的高精度陀螺仪和三轴加速度计组合的输出信号与所需的信号存在着一定的三角函数关系,不能直接求出。根据井下姿态角的求解需要,提出一种余弦函数的求解方法,利用模拟乘法/除法器设计模拟拟合直接求解电路,分析了电路的求解误差,并结合数字仿真和数值拟合结果对电路进行了改进,通过对数值模拟结果和试验结果的对比分析,最终使得最大相对误差控制在3.5%之内,验证了电路设计的可行性。There are certain trigonometric function relations between the needed signals and the output signals,which are measured by the unit of the high accuracy gyroscope and the three-axis accelerometers,so as to survey the attitude parameters of downhole.In order to meet the need of measuring attitude angles,the solution of cosine function is proposed.The analog electric circuit using analog multiplier/divider to fit cosine function is designed directly.The error of the circuit is analyzed and the improvement is given by connecting the digital simulation with data fitting.The result of the experiment has been provided.The maximum relative error is 3.5%.The feasibility has also been proved.
