碧兰麻对老年脏器功能损害者拔牙麻醉的安全性观察

摘　　要：目的:观察碧兰麻在老年脏器功能损害患者中麻醉的安全性。方法:分析连续治疗的28例老年患者中麻醉剂应用的安全性。结果:麻醉效果达完全25例,良好3例。6例术前心率、血压小幅度上升,其余书前后均无显著变化。肝肾功能损害者拔牙前后转氨酶、胆红素、尿素氮、血肌酐及凝血功能无显著变化。心电图监测随访至术后2周未见显著变化。未观察到过敏反应。结论:碧兰麻可安全用于经密切监测和调整的脏器功能损害老年患者。Objective： To observe the safety of Primacaine applied in the old people with moderate organ injury or chronic disease. Methods： Results of 28 consecutive old people were observed and retrospectively analyzed. Result： The result of anesthesia was complete in 25 cases and good in 3 cases. Besides for mild and temporary increase of heart rate and blood pressure, no significant change was observed for liver or renal function, coagulation test, nor electric cardiograph. Conclusion： Anesthesia with Primacaine showed probable safety in old people with moderate organ injury.
