摘 要:医院根据新分配医生质量意识淡漠、制度不熟悉、基本功差的问题,对其进行临床医疗岗前培训1周,取得了较好的效果。通过岗前培训实践认为,对新分配的医生进行岗前培训十分必要,强化了质量意识,提高了业务素质,有利于提高医疗质量。Targeting the weakness of newly graduated doctors, such as weak recognition of quality, weak familiarity with hospital bylaws, and weak skills and ability to practise, the hospital conducted one-week pre-job training programs for clinical practice and achieved quite a good outcome. Having conducted the programs, the authors believe that the pre-job training is highly necessary for newly graduated doctors. It can make a strong orientation to quality, strengthen professsional skills, and improve medical care quality.
