摘　　要：对我国竞技体育后备人才培养现状进行分析,探讨后奥运时期我国竞技体育后备人才发展对策,即在坚持举国体制的基础上,通过商业化与职业化改革,加强"体教结合",建立竞技体育后备人才市场等措施,促进我国竞技体育后备人才培养按照良性循环的方式发展。This article analyzes the problem about the cultivation of the chinese Talented Reserves,researches the development countermeasure. The result show that the system of whole-nation is still necessary ,then commercialization and professionalization will become the inevitable trend, additionally, combination of sports and education, correlative market, and so on, all will imporve the competitive sports development.
