在小学中高年级学生中开展血防知识渗透法教育的研究

摘　　要：本实验结果表明渗透法组学生的血防知识知晓率可由干预前的3.1%提高到干预后的99.6%,差异极为显著;其血防信念、价值观和卫生行为的正确率分别由干预前的46.7%、53.2%、55.1%提高到干预后的98.1%、99.5%、98.1%,差异极为显著。上述各项指标渗透法组显著高于两个对照组。实验组学生家长的知、信、行和价值观正确率干预后亦显著高于干预组且显著高于两个对照组。渗透法的优点:挖掘了卫生系统以外的健教资源;不增加学生负担,教育部门乐于接受;具有很强的可操作性和推广性;体现了血防健教工作的经常性、长期性和广泛性;优化了投入结构,体现了低投入、高产出的原则。A permeated health education method on schistosomiasis control is a method that permeates the knowledge about schistosomiasis control among pupils in ordinary classes and daily life, without additionally educational classes, booklets or exams. And the pupils will deliver the knowledge to their parents. The results of this study showed that the rate of knowledge on schistosomiasis control increased from 3. 1% before the health education to 99. 6% after it in pupils (P<0. 01). The correct rates of the concept, value and health behavior on schistosomiasis control from 46. 7 % , 53. 2 % and 55. 1 % to 98. 1 % , 99. 5 % and 98. 1 % after the intervention (ail P<0. 01). The increased rates of all the indicators above mentioned were much higher in the experimental group than that in the other two control groups both in pupils and their parents. The characters of this permeated health education method are tapping the health education resources other than health system, being easily accepted by education system for not increasing the load of students, being easily practiced, popularized and protracted, being low investment and high output.
