摘  要:我国在科学新课程改革中凸现了技术教育的重要性,但技术课程尚缺专业教师,科学教师的技术素养也较弱,在很大程度上制约着对中学生技术素养的培养。分析了大学教师教育如何培养具有良好技术素养的中学科学师资,怎样让师范生认识科学、技术与社会的关系,关注技术思想和方法,如何培养技术意识与技术能力,如何养成技术规范等问题。Our country has emphasized the importance of the technical education in the new curriculum reform. However, the technical curriculum is still in bad need of the specialized teachers and the technical quality of the scientific teacher is also weak. To a great extent, it restricts the technical training of the middle-school students. The article mainly talks about how to train the normal university students with good technical quality in university education. Furthermore, the university education should make the students understand the relationship between the science, technology and social relations and concern technology ideas and methods. The university students should also know how to train technical awareness and technical ability and how to develop students' technical habits.
