摘　　要：吴世昌的《重新评价历史人物——试论韩愈其人》一文有些"不同寻常",作者承认有一定的"偏见"、"成见",似与其一贯的学术精神不尽一致。对此可从"近因"和"远缘"来理解,其中"远缘"更具深层决定意义。故其"重新评价"所指广泛,旨意深远,具有一定的启示和借鉴意义,同时也包含某种学术"难题"。The paper of Re - evaluation of Historical Figures--Comment on HAN Yu by WU Shichang appears the author＇s certain ＂prejudice＂ and ＂inflexibility＂ ,which seems that had not been consistent with his academic spirit. This could be from the ＂proximate cause＂ and ＂remote cause＂ to understand, in which ＂remote cause＂ are more deep - seated decisive. Therefore, his ＂re - evaluation＂ not only, having some inspiration and reference, but also including some type of academic ＂problems＂.
