摘　　要：随着高校学生党建工作的深入开展,学生党员队伍不断扩大,学生党员中存在的问题逐渐显现出来,并直接影响到学生党员队伍的整体形象。因此,高校要认真分析问题产生的原因,不断拓展学生党员教育管理途径,完善学生党员考核和奖惩机制,加强学生党建队伍建设。With the further development of university student Party construction work, the number of student party members expands unceasingly. The student Party member＇s problems appear gradually and have affected the image of the whole student Party member troop. Therefore, universities must carefully analyze the causes of the problems, constantly expand the way of student Party member＇s education and management, perfect the system of rewards and punishment, and strengthen the student party construction teams.
