摘　　要：根据公司某闭式单点压力机机身的结构特点,通过利用三维软件SolidEdge对该框架机身进行建模,并采用有限元分析模拟软件Femap With Nastran对其刚度和强度进行模拟分析,然后根据实际情况,限制相应的自由度并施加公称载荷,得出该机身的应力和变形的分布,为结构的合理设计提供了可靠的理论依据。Based on the construction features of straight single-point press made by our company, by using Solid Edge program, a model of framework frame has been built. The frame strength and rigidity have been analyzed by FEM software Femap With Nastran. The structural stress and deformation distribution have been obtained by means of restricting the corresponding degree of freedom and adding to nominal loading in accordance with the actual requirements, which provides a reliable structural reasonable design with theory proof.
