摘 要:2008年4-10月对嘉陵江下游的黑线姬鼠和四川短尾鼩作了形态学初步研究.结果显示:黑线姬鼠和四川短尾鼩分别在各样点之间存在明显的种群差异.对外形量度进行多重比较,发现合川东岸的黑线姬鼠种群与江北区的种群之间存在差异;而四川短尾鼩在合川西岸与合川东岸的种群之间、沙区西岸与北碚东岸的种群之间差异显著,以上分析通过SPSS13.0软件进行.研究初步说明嘉陵江对黑线姬鼠和四川短尾鼩的种群分布格局有一定的地理隔离作用.The study on morphological characters of Apodemus agrarius and Anourosorex squamipes was made from April to October,2008, in the lower reach of Jialing River in Chongqing. Through the Discriminant Functional Analysis of the skull measurements of their populations , with the SPSS13.0 software, obvious distinctions are found among each groups. Some visible diversities can be seen from the multiple comparisons among groups of shape measurements of Apodemus agrarius and Anourosorex squamipes, that is, Apodemus agrarius from Hechuandongan and Jiangbeiqu are separated, moreover, Anourosorex squamipes populations from either bank of Hechuan are different and the populations from Shaquxi'an and Beibeidongan also have obvious diversity. The result of this research initially reflects that the J ialing River has the geographical isolation effect on Apodemus agrarius and Anourosorex squamipes.
