摘　　要：高校实验技术人员是教学、科研队伍的一个重要组成部分。随着实验室地位与作用的提高,对实验技术人员的能力和素质的要求也随之提高。强化实验技术人员的岗位意识,是高教改革的必然要求。该文在《高校实验技术人员岗位意识初探》文章的基础上,进一步阐明了高校实验技术人员还应具备的其它岗位意识。The laboratory technical personnel of colleges and universities are important parts of teaching and scientific research. The requirements get more higher for the ability and quality of laboratory technical personnel with lab, s position and effect rising. Therefore, to strengthen the sense of experimental personnel is the necessary requirement for higher education reform. This article further elaborated on the other post since which college laboratory technical personnel should equip.
