摘　　要：在实际网络设备管理工作中,遇到网络故障时,要采用"观察现象—分析原因—排查纠错—测试运行—恢复运行"的方法对故障进行处理;并且,对于不同的故障要有不同的处理预案,以提高网络设备管理效能。In the daily work of network administration facilities, when encountering network faults, we should adopt the method of ＂observing - analyzing - error correcting - testing - recovering＂ to deal with the faults. Furthermore, different faults should be handled with different resolutions so that we can increase the efficiency of network administration facilities.
