近红外光谱分析技术及应用研究

摘　　要：分析了近红外光谱分析技术的原理和组成,对该技术发展历程中出现的几种典型仪器及其工作原理进行了总结,指出傅立叶变换型仪器将成为NIR分析仪的主导产品,着重论述了该技术在粮食、果蔬、肉类、油料、药物、石化等产品成分检测方面的应用.This paper analyses the principles and components of the analytical technology, and summarizes the operating principles of several typical apparatus which emerge in the developing history of the analytical technology, and points out that the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer will become dominant NIR analyzer. Finally, the applications of the analytical technology in the related fields of detecting components in China and abroad are intruduced.
