摘  要:以乙醇为溶剂,酸性离子液体为催化剂,通过三组分Biginelli反应3~5h,得到3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮类化合物。比较了几种常见离子液体对反应的影响,以[bmim][HSO4]对反应的催化活性最高,产率为78%~98%。产物后处理简单,催化剂可以回收利用,8次以后催化活性略有降低,是一种环境友好的绿色合成方法。3,4-Dihydropyrimidine-2-( 1 H)-ones were synthesized by one-pot three-component Biginelli condensation in ethanol media under catalysis of acidic ionic liquids. It was found that the catalytic activity of [bmim] [ HSO4 ] is more effective among the used acidic ionic liquids. The reactions were completed during 3 - 5h with 78 - 98% yields. The products were convenient to work up. The catalysts could be recycled and reused eight times without noticeably decrease in the catalytic activity.
