摘  要:以黑曲霉A3为对象,对其产CMC酶活的液体发酵条件进行研究。结果表明:以玉米芯为碳源产纤维素酶水平较高,用量以80g/L为宜,氮源以6g/L的蛋白胨效果为最佳;麦芽糖作为速效碳源,可供菌体早期迅速生长并产酶,以10g/L的为宜;研究还发现,用中和剂CaCO3可有效地调控发酵pH,提高产酶能力,容氧和发酵温度以30mL/250mL三角瓶和28℃为宜,200r/min发酵培养72h达到产酶高峰。经优化后菌株产纤维素酶的活力较优化前提高150%以上。The liquid-state fermentation conditions of cellulose produced by Aspergillus niger were studied. The results showed that the optimum culture medium condition were as follows: com-core 80 g/L, peptone 6 g/L and maltose 10 g/L. Adjusting pH by CaCO3 when 3 mL (-10^7 mL) spores were inoculated into 30 mL medium in 250 mL Edenmeyer flask, and it cultivated in shaker at 28 ℃ for 72 h, the xylanase activity of culture filtrate reached the highest. Under optimized conditions, The activity of the produced CMC improved 150% as compared with the original medium.
