摘　　要：根据2008年度欧盟食品和饲料快速预警系统向公众通报进口中国食品出现问题的情况,总结我国被通报问题涉及的安全项目及相关产品,分析问题产生的原因,探讨应对措施,以期减少或避免类似情况的发生;同时,分析该信息预警系统的科学性,希望对我国食品安全管理有借鉴意义。Base on the analysis of notifications of EU Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed （RASFF） in 2008, This paper sums up the problems of Chinese food safety, including the items, products and reasons for notifying, discusses the measures to decrease or avoid analogue things. And it makes farther to research how to improve our production using the succeed principles of EU RASFF for reference.
